Fill out the Contact Communication Section:
        
Associated with each contact is information specific to them.
  • Alternate phone numbers (extension, cell phone, pager)
  • e-mail address
  • Alternative Mailing address
  • Check boxes that they are willing to be contacted by Mail, Phone, Fax and E-mail.

 


Marketing Lists:

For each contact you have the option of automatically placing them in a previously created Marketing list.   In the example below Sandra is currently listed in 5 marketing lists. You can add her to other lists or delete her from lists from this section

Marketing Check Lists

Marketing check lists are additional subjects that your customer might be interested in and are set up by your marketing or sales manager. These are primarily used for creating marketing lists for customers with certain interests such as training schedules or information on Tools etc. Select the information pertinent for your customer
