Activities - Activity logging and tracking makes it easy
for you to maintain good customer relations as well as provides a history of
activities for a particular customer.

Activities Information:

Activities can be added from either the Customer module or the Activity
Button
located on the toolbar.

From both locations you will be presented with selections similar to those below. If you are accessing this from the
Activity button you will also be asked to choose a customer.

- Whether you are adding a task, logging a phone call,
noting a customer meeting or filling a customer request you are able to
log and track your progress here. We will briefly cover "Task-Add
New". Adding information to the other three selections will be similar
- By selecting the "Task-Add New" button you are
presented with the following screen.

- Subject- Give the task a descriptive name
- Customer - The "Customer" name is hot linked to
take you directly to the customer page for phone, address and other
contact information necessary thereby relieving you of having to duplicate
this information.
- Email - In the above example this task was assigned to a
particular sales associate. After completing filling out the form, by
clicking "Email", the task is emailed to the person who it was
assigned to.
- Reminder- This sets Outlook's reminder alarm which
will be available if you synchronize with Outlook.
- Project - This task can be part of a project.
