Financial Filters

You can create market analysis lists by filtering on any of nine financial parameters:

• Year-to-date Sales (YTD Sell)

• Previous year sales (Prv Yr Sell)

• Year-to-date gross profit (YTD GP)

• Gross profit per invoice (GP/Inv)

• Market Potential (Market Pot)

• Customer Potential Sales (Potential)

• Sales Goal (Goal)

• Credit Limit (Credit Limit)

• Average Days Out (Avg Days Out)

To filter on a financial criteria, select a numerical thresholds for the financial criteria, then select either greater than or equal (>=) to the threshold or less than or equal (<=) to the threshold. You change the greater than or less than filter by clicking on the range box between the criteria label and the criteria field. Although the financial filters have predefined thresholds, you can enter any value you need in the criteria field box.
